Buying or selling your home is likely the largest financial transaction most people make in their lifetime.  In theory it is not a complicated process.  However,  the key is understanding the process, knowing what uncertainty can be managed and how to anticipate and capitalize the opportunities that present themselves. My job is to research and provide you with all the information so you can make the most informed decisions.
